MORE INFO

Ganga is an artist working across sculpture, objects, and material exploration, creating pieces where process becomes part of the final form. Through raw textures, exposed structures, and large-scale compositions, the work explores transformation, tension, and the relationship between material and identity.

At the center of this universe stands the Nomad — a recurring figure that appears across sculptures, editions, and collaborations. Anonymous and constantly evolving, it functions as a symbol of the world surrounding the practice: raw, unfinished, and in continuous movement.

SELFIGHTER

A sandstone figure, suspended mid-conflict, grips and is gripped by a glossy black double of itself an inky, molten form that coils around the body and pools beneath it.

The stone represents what endures; the black, fluid presence is the ego, wrapping and rising like ink, or a tattoo that never fades.

There is no external enemy here, only the tension between essence and self-image, elevating and dragging in equal measure. The sculpture offers no resolution, only awareness: every form carries its own shadow.

Materials: EPS, thixotropic mortar, natural stone finish, carbon steel internal structure, polyester resin, and gloss black lacquer
